Goods may be returned free of charge no later than 14 days after purchase and must be accompanied by the original box and in the same condition as received.
Items must not have been worn or altered in any way, and must not show any signs of wear or use.
The soles of the footwear must also not be marked in any way. Fessura will accept returned merchandise reserving the right to ascertain that the products were been returned following the instructions previously described.
Only after the check will there be a refund of the purchase amount. Returns will be refunded within 3 business days.
Fessura reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that does not meet the above return requirements at its sole discretion.
To make a return: send an email to customercare@fessura.com specifying your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason. Our team will forward instructions for the return within 24/48 hours.

To make an exchange: send an e-mail to customercare@fessura.com specifying your order number, the items you wish to exchange and the reason. Our team will forward return instructions within 24 hours.
Generally the merchandise exchange takes no more than one business week so in no time you will have the replacement item.
*The products included in the exchange request will be shipped to the original delivery address using express shipping by Fessura (24/48 hours).
